First,clean and dry the affected area. Apply a tiny amount of Jelly and gently massage with the Wand over the sore wrist and thumb area.
When used as instructed, it is generally safe. However, a patch test should be done before general use for those with sensitive skin. If you encounter any adverse effects, stop using and substitute with a standard ultrasound gel.
